Webinar AdHoc 24/2021: Improving the investigation of missing person cases

The aim of the webinar is to enhance the knowledge of participants on missing people cases investigations.

Upon completion of the activity the participants will be able to:

• Describe specific search and rescue process, the use of social media in relation to missing people cases investigations;

• List the methods of searching for different types of missing persons (very young children, runaways, elderly people);

• Outline effective measures to cold case investigation of missing persons and the (international) process of identification of unidentified remains of possibly missing persons.
