The subject will be combating the financing of terrorism. It will focus on the phenomenon of the financing terrorism, present its typology and describe the application of specific restrictive measures against persons and entities subject to financial sanctions on the basis of United Nations Security Council resolutions issued on the basis of Chapter VII of the United Nations Charter on threats to international peace and security caused by terrorist acts ( in particular described on the lists referred to paragraph 3 of Resolution 2253 (2015) of the Security Council of the Nations United States or in paragraph 1 of the 1988 (2011) Security Council Resolution of the United Nations.
