Webinar 49/2021: EUROJUST - Genocide Network, Cumulative Prosecution of Foreign Terrorist Fighters
The aim of the webinar is to highlight possibilities of Law Enforcement Agencies and Judicial authorities to investigate and cumulative prosecute Foreign Terrorism Fighters for War Crimes and terrorism-related offences.
Upon the completion of this activity the participant will be able to:
- Summarise the challenges and difficulties to an effective cumulative prosecution for Core International Crimes and terrorism-related offences;
- Recognise and describe the importance of the Role of the Genocide Network and Eurojust, in this field;
- Illustrate successful case studies from Member States;
- Identify advantages of cumulative prosecutions and formulate best practices.
