Webinar 36/2021: SIS recast - Alerts on objects (Article 38)
The aim is to present the changes in the legislation and the use of alerts on objects (Article 38).
By the end of this webinar, the audience will be able to:
- Describe the relevant provisions in the new SIS Regulations and applicable rules in the Implementing Acts
- Explain the use of alerts on objects for seizure or use as a evidence in criminal proceedings
- Explain the use of relevant SIRENE forms (e.g. M form, P form, G form, H form)
