Webinar 02/2020: Cross-border access to electronic evidence - SIRIUS project

The objective of the webinar is to:

• Provide information on policies established by different Online Service Providers (OSPs) for law enforcement requests for disclosure of data;
• Describe the process for preservation requests and direct requests for data disclosure from domestic authorities to foreign-based OSPs;
• Enhance quality of requests to OSPs and reinforce the quality of the subsequent answer;
• Provide an overview of applicable legal frameworks and international instruments available when dealing with the preservation and retrieval of electronic information.
