The Virtual Training Centre (VTC) on Fundamental Rights (FR) is CEPOL's dedicated online hub for learning, knowledge-sharing and professional development in the field of fundamental rights in law enforcement.

This virtual space brings together CEPOL's training and reference materials on fundamental rights into a single access point, supporting law enforcement officials in integrating fundamental rights considerations into their daily work and operational activities.

The VTC offers a wide range of learning opportunities and resources, including online, onsite and recorded training activities, legal references, practical guidance and curated reading materials. It is designed for law enforcement practitioners, trainers and other professionals seeking to strengthen their knowledge and understanding of fundamental rights within the European law enforcement context.
