EJTN-CEPOL informative session 'Single Market Programme to enhance the awareness of non-competition national enforcers’

The aim of this webinar is to enhance the awareness of non-competition national enforcers (judiciary staff and law enforcement staff) regarding competition matters. 

By the end of this webinar, the audience will be able to:

• Describe EU Commission’s department for competition (DG COMP) responsibilities within the EU;
• Explain the role of generative AI and other AI solutions in the contest of competition investigations;
• Identify how DG COMP can support investigation teams when anti-competition behaviours are discovered;
• Underline how EJTN’s training on EU competition enforcement can benefit them and how to apply for these trainings.
