E009/2023/EXB CEPOL Exchange-bite on Organised Property Crime

The aim of this training is to inform law enforcement officials about the mission and modes of action of police units from Spain, Greece, Romania and Germany in the field of property crimes.

With this Exchange-bite, the audience will be able to:

• Identify transnational organised crime and high-value targeting;
• Learn about the instruments of international cooperation used by each law enforcement agency;
• Identify organised criminal activities related to credit fraud to know the modus operandi of this type of crime;
• Know the ways of investigating theft and international trafficking of cultural goods to identify the specific research methods of these crimes through the optics of the material element – objects of art and antiquities (differences from other stolen objects);
• Improve and increase motivation in working groups.
