The aim of this Exchange-bite is to share knowledge and experiences gained during the CEPOL Exchange Programme.

By the end of this Exchange-bite, the audience will be able to:

• Learn about the differences in best practices between countries;
• Reflect on how the exchange contributed to participant's professional development;
• Compare the different approaches of the exchanges;
• Identify the possibilities that an exchange can provide;
• Compare different approaches to cooperation between police, prosecution, and courts;
• Strengthen their professional capacity and awareness of EU-level cooperation mechanisms;
• Gain inspiration on implementation of a knowledge exchange network.

This Exchange-bite will:

• Strengthen participants' knowledge on sharing best practices to raise awareness related to synthetic drug labs and precursors;
• Compare the practices used in similar forensic laboratories and occasionally in other units;
• Focus on the comparison of investigative methods, organisational structures, and implementation of digital tools in police operations.
