E001/2023/EXB CEPOL Exchange-bite on Drug Trafficking

The aim of this training is to inform European law enforcement officials about how Croatia, Spain and Türkiye combat drug trafficking.

With this Exchange-bite, the audience will be able to:

• Enhance general knowledge on drug trafficking in Croatia, Spain and Türkiye and on what type of drugs are the most abundant;
• Identify entry routes into Europe;
• Define the main smuggling routes on the eastern and southern border of Europe;
• Learn how the European Union is strengthening the presence of security forces on the border with modern technical means.
