AdHoc 13/2018 CEPOL Western Balkan Financial Investigation Exchange Programme

In order to improve the overall security in the Western Balkans and the EU by combatting organised crime and terrorism, CEPOL initiates the Western Balkan Financial Investigation Exchange Programme. The programme will run until 21 December 2019 and aims at developing sustainable institutional law enforcement capacity for Serbia, Albania, Montenegro, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and Kosovo* by combatting e.g. organised crime and terrorism by implementing financial investigation as a complementary tool in serious crime cases.
Through the webinar, prospective participants of the exchange programme will be informed about the programme’s procedures, conditions and eligibility of officers.
* This designation is without prejudice to positions on status, and it is in line with the UNSCR 1244/1999 and the ICJ Opinion on the Kosovo declaration of independence
