The aim of this activity is to:

• increase the efficiency of successful hostage negotiations and crisis communication by sharing knowledge on advanced theoretical foundations and exchanging good practices in the field;
• improve the management of critical incidents and upgrade the relevant inter-agency and international cooperation.
