This activity will enable trainers to implement modern delivery methods and blended learning techniques to ensure quality police training at national level and in the CEPOL activities. They will learn how to organise effective learning environments and processes taking the multicultural factor into account, as well as how to use CEPOL’s LMS and its knowledge bases for training.
