The aim of this activity is to:
- enhance the respect of fundamental rights in law enforcement work by increasing awareness about the importance of ethical behaviour in day-to-day police work and enhancing the integration of diversity issues into police management;
- prepare law enforcement personnel for interactions with persons from different cultures.
