Activity37/2026/ONS: Digital forensics – Train the trainers
The aim of this onsite activity is to prepare a core group of advanced digital forensic practitioners from EU Member States to act as national trainers. The activity will consolidate their expertise across the digital evidence lifecycle and emerging areas such as cloud, mobile, and loT forensics, while equipping them with adult learning principles and training delivery skills. This dual focus will enable participants to replicate the learning nationally and act as multipliers of expertise in support of a stronger EU-wide capacity to counter cyber-enabled and cyber-dependent crime.

Target audience
Advanced practitioners in digital forensics with several years of operational expertise in computer or mobile forensics, cloud or loT investigations, or the management of electric evidence in serious and organised crime cases are sought. These individuals should be interested in becoming trainers and sharing their knowledge at both national and regional levels. A motivation letter from each applicant for her/his participation in the course is highly recommended by the organisers.
