3068/2026/WEB 'Fighting gender-based violence against women in the EU'

The aim of this webinar is to better equip law enforcement officials to respond effectively to women and girls who are victims of gender-based violence. 

By the end of this webinar, the audience will be able to:

• Recognise factors that increase the vulnerability of women and girls to gender-based violence;
• Identify the various forms and expressions of gender-based violence;
• Acknowledge the issues that can hinder women and girls to report their experiences of gender-based violence, in view of developing measure to address these challenges.

This webinar is organised in cooperation with the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA) and the European Institute for Gender Equality (EIGE).
