The aim of this webinar is to share knowledge on the legally complicated issue of international abduction of children, usually by one of their parents, to assist law enforcement agencies in the handling of these cases.
By the end of this webinar, the audience will be able to:
- recognise the complexities of international parental abduction, as well as the role of law enforcement agencies in these cases;
- distinguish between the civil and criminal aspects of these cases;
- demonstrate appropriate procedures or combinations thereof in dealing with these cases.
