The aim of this webinar is to introduce local good practices of the Human Resources departments of EU law enforcement, with a view to guaranteeing that recruitment and promotion procedures are transparent, objective and in line with EU law and fundamental rights. The webinar will also provide guidance on career development and organisational efficiency.
