The aim of this webinar is to improve cross border cooperation with the third countries by enhancing data exchange.

By the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:

• describe the conditions for data exchange with third countries;
• identify the international dimension of investigations and intelligence gatherings;
• implement procedures and information exchange mechanisms between EU member states and third countries.
