The aim of this webinar is to present how a harmonised and technology‑driven approach to information exchange enhances operational effectiveness while maintaining high standards of data protection within the EU. 
By the end of this webinar, the audience will be able to:

• Understand the legal framework governing automated data exchange in cross‑border police cooperation.
• Describe how automated systems operate (such as searching DNA, fingerprint, and vehicle registration data) in practice.
• Identify the key advantages and challenges associated with automated data exchange within the EU.
