The aim of this webinar is to disseminate information on the foundations of international mutual legal assistance (in particular, general mutual legal assistance and extradition) and the implementation of the legal framework in daily practice. 

By the end of this webinar, the audience will be able to:

• recognise the possibilities and limits of mutual legal assistance;
• describe a request for mutual legal assistance.
