The aim of this webinar is to strengthen law enforcement professionals’ understanding of hybrid threats, their evolving nature, and the role of non-state actors.
By the end of this webinar, the audience will be able to:
- Discuss the concept of hybrid threats from a border perspective;
- Summarise the main threats and challenges from both state and non-state actors who use hybrid activities to target the external borders of the EU;
- Detect early signs of hybrid threats.
This activity is implemented by the CEPOL Knowledge Centre on Counter-terrorism.
