The aim of this webinar is to improve the understanding and use of available channels and methods for lawful collection of electronic evidence in criminal investigations.
By the end of this webinar, the audience will be able to:
- recognise the different types of public-private cooperation in online investigations and collection of digital evidence;
- distinguish the types of cooperation (voluntary/mandatory);
- identify challenges and apply best practices towards successful collection of electronic evidence.
