The aim of this onsite activity is to:
- improve the fight against organised property crime by ensuring the recognition of this phenomenon as a form of organised crime.
- improve the efficiency of prevention, detection, intelligence collection, investigation and other law enforcement operations linked to organised property crime.

Experienced law enforcement officials dealing with organised property crime on cross-border scale, including its prevention.
(26 from EU + 3 officers from Albania, Moldova and Georgia are to be invited. The participation of these 3 officers is also fully financed by CEPOL in this activity, as a special measure).
