Course manager André Konze welcomed 21 participants from all over Europe. Despite the short timeframe, organisers managed to prepare and conduct a successful training targeted to senior police officers deployed or eligible for deployment in EU CSDP missions. Furthermore, experts from Italy, Belgium, United Kingdom and Germany delivered inspiring presentations that encouraged the participants to take part in future CSDP missions. At the end of the activity, participants learned how to lead and conduct operations in this context by prioritising the respect of fundamental rights.
