The EU Agency for Law Enforcement Training (CEPOL) is looking for two IT professionals (FG III) to strengthen its team in Budapest. They will be providing, among others, specialised technical support to the agency’s International Cooperation Unit (ICU).
More specifically:
IT Assistant – Training platform and special projects
CEPOL is evolving into a dedicated training hub for European law enforcement officials. This endeavour requires a robust, well-managed learning platform. To deliver high-quality training sessions, CEPOL’s ICU increasingly relies on its learning management system (LMS) tenant.
As CEPOL expands its training capabilities, the IT Assistant – Training platform and special projects professional will ensure that the learning platform remains reliable, secure, and scalable.
In addition to training, the ICU runs specialised IT-related projects where professional support is essential to ensure a smooth technical integration. The new colleague will thus safeguard that all IT aspects of the ICU's special projects initiatives are adequately supported and secured.

IT Assistant – Training preparation and AVC support
CEPOL’s training sessions are growing in complexity and size. As a result, specialised technical support for preparation and AVC (Audio, Video, and Conference) systems has become an essential element of success. As the number of training activities in the agency’s ICU is also increasing, without a dedicated professional to handle these tasks, delays, technical issues, and possible inefficiencies could cause disruptions and affect the quality of our deliverables.
The IT Assistant - Training Preparation and AVC Support professional will provide ICT support for the implementation of CEPOL activities, with a main focus on specific ICU needs. The role includes streamlining setup processes and ensuring smooth operations for every training session. The position is critical for the prevention of downtime and technical disruptions, while providing efficient support for training events and network setups.
