ISO 9001:2015 certification highlights CEPOL’s commitment to quality and stakeholder satisfaction

The EU Agency for Law Enforcement Training has successfully maintained its ISO 9001:2015 certification following the surveillance audit conducted in January by LRQA, an accredited certification body for management systems.

ISO 9001:2015 is a popular international standard that sets out the criteria for a quality management system. This standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement. Using ISO 9001:2015 helps CEPOL provide consistent, good-quality products and services.
