CEPOL updates list of onsite training activities for September-December

List of training activities Q4 2024

Following the decision of the Management Board in September to update the EU Agency for Law Enforcement Training (CEPOL) Work Programme 2024, we have just released the list of onsite training activities, to be delivered until the end of the year.

CEPOL’s Management Board approved the reduction of onsite activities in 2024, due to unforeseen challenges caused by a cyber incident against the agency’s IT systems earlier this year. Several mitigating security measures were implemented, including closing of the agency’s Law Enforcement Education Platform (LEEd). It is a temporary security measure to minimise any potential data breach due to the cyberattack.

As we are currently rebuilding our Law Enforcement Education Platform (LEEd), it is not possible for CEPOL to offer online training. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and reiterate our commitment to restart delivering a broad variety of online learning opportunities to the EU law enforcement community, as soon as possible.

In the meantime, we have made every possible effort to maintain our planned onsite training activities for this year. We are pleased to announce that while the agency is recovering fully from the cyberattack and the new learning management system is under development, CEPOL will be delivering, together with its partners in the EU Member States, 21 onsite training activities during the period of September-December.

Please contact your CEPOL National Unit/CEPOL National Contact Point for more information on how to apply.
