11th CNU meeting takes place in Budapest

On 5-6 April 2022, the agency welcomed 33 representatives of EU Member States, partner countries and organisations at the 11th CEPOL National Units (CNU) network meeting organised at the CEPOL headquarters in Budapest.

The meeting, chaired by Ms. Marielle SUISSA, Head of CNU France, offered a valuable opportunity for the exchange of views and good practices. Furthermore, CEPOL informed participants on the latest developments regarding the agency’s activities and achievements. Topics on the agenda included updates on the EU-Strategic Training Needs Assessment, the CEPOL Exchange Programme 2022, the agency’s capacity building projects, CEPOL’s online learning platform, LEEdArrow icon and the 2022 Presidency of the Justice and Home Affairs Agencies’ Network.

In addition to the above, the CEPOL National Units were also updated on the preparations of the upcoming CEPOL Research and Science Conference 2022, organised together with Mykolas Romeris University in Vilnius, Lithuania, from 8-10 June.
